Overview
Gila County, AZ adopts the following codes:
- The International Building Code, 2012 edition, including Appendices C, H, and I. Gila County, AZ Ordinance. No. 2017-02 § 104 B (adoption and amendments).
- The International Residential Code, 2012 edition, including Appendices A, B, C, G, H, and J. Gila County, AZ Ordinance. No. 2017-02 § 104 A (adoption and amendments).
- The International Existing Building Code, 2012 edition. Gila County, AZ Ordinance. No. 2017-02 § 104 C (adoption and amendments).
The Building Code applies to all unincorporated areas of Gila County.
